ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS:
1.  Choose the number of skeins you'd like from the drop down menu.
2.  Write your colorway choice in the box in your cart marked "Add a note to your order".

Sweater Quantities are dyed to order, after your purchase has been made.  Please allow 1-3 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped.

Any items ordered with the Quantity order will ship at the same time as the dyed to order skeins.  (If you need the other items sooner, please place a separate order for those, which will ship immediately.)

All skeins must be the same colorway for Dyed to Order.  Colorways available for Dyed to Order can be found HERE.

Ideal DK skeins are 100 grams each, with 225 m / 246 yards.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    In stock items will be processed in 3-5 days, plus shipping time. Dyed to order, preorders, and Clubs take longer, and details can be found on the product page. If you are unsure of how long an item may take to ship, please feel free to reach out via my Contact Me page and I am happy to help you!

  • Do you offer custom orders?

    At this time, custom orders are unavailable. If you are looking for a colorway that I normally stock, in amounts not currently in stock, please use the Dyed to Order option on the website, or use the Contact Me form for more help.

  • How do I get in touch with you?

    Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions, concerns, or problems you might have by email to info@jillyandkiddles.com or use the contact form on the website, which also goes directly to me.

    As a one person show, I will do my best to get back to you as soon as I can.  You can generally expect a reply within 24-48 hours Monday through Friday.  Emails received over the weekend will be answered Monday.  Exceptions to this will be noted in an announcement bar at the top of the store homepage, in the rare case that I am unavailable (i.e. vacation, family emergency, etc.).  Your satisfaction is important to me, so I am happy to help!
